Dislikes

You have to wait for your salary. It always gets delayed. Tax deduction were made but it is unclear if they reached the govt. EPF money went out from our salary but it didn't seem to reflect in our provident fund account. Some of the managers struggled with technical aspects

Dislikes

Work Life balance is not that good at all. In my service(especially in product dept) I had worked beyond flexible time so many times. Bonus will be paid only if u remind again, again and again.
