You have to wait for your salary. It always gets delayed. Tax deduction were made but it is unclear if they reached the govt. EPF money went out from our salary but it didn't seem to reflect in our provident fund account. Some of the managers struggled with technical aspects

Nothing. This is an unethical company - atleast the product division is unethical and abusive

Everything. SVP - Technology is treating his employees badly and illtreated. Comes to office by 12.00 noon (till 12.00 noon thinks whom to fire that day) sits in a meeting room with his coterie - Digital Scrum Master and a few others and bad mouthing about everyone on their back. Everyday employees are terminated. Every day - Performance warning emails are sent on the instructions of SVP by his coterie scrum master - who has no authority or expertise to validate the work being done by the team. Useless HR Manager. Incompetent leadership team in i-exceed. This company doesn't have a long-term vision, surving on daily basis. Appraisal, salary is not on time, no work life balance. This company doesn't work on any solution of a problem, they just get rid of them in a very pathetic way. HR policies are worst, they're of no help.

The only good thing about my time here was the team. The company's culture went steep low because of one person's command and control. Technology wise there's no proper vision and roadmap. There has to be a senior person to lead. You cannot run the company with mass freshers.

Salary not crediting in time. Epf not crediting in time. Management took least interest in listening to employees when they were fired left and right. The man in command didn't even care for genuine medical reasons when asked for wfh for so many people. Even people who got fractured leg were asked to apply for leaves until healed. I mean what sort of rigid rule is this. Give the flexibility to employees with genuine visible reasons. Being rigid about rules will bring the company down.
