I have job which gives 6 CTC, YOE: 2 years I need good paying since other batchemates are grabbing packages such as 20+ LPA They have done MBA. I also plan to do the same but my current role is too good. No work pressure, helpful colleagues. From last organization which was super toxic this is a gem. Job security is excellent in HVR , Working Environment is good. They believe in innovation that is the best think about the company. I love to be part of a team that make production easier by providing simplified and perfect design parameters as well as drawing. Company of growth is higher.

Actually Company itself is very good, but then location where it is located is not so good, And also most of time i have to work 12-16 hours straight in a day because of non availability of skilled staff.

Work Details

In HVR i am working as a Design Engineer in which we Deal with Shop floor drawing, GA drawings, Erection drawings and also Detail drawing. I also perform a part in CNC Plasma Code generation and make plan for Cutting.
