Dear HSCian, We would like to start by thanking you for your valuable contributions at HSC. Coming to the dislikes section of your review, we believe that you have already made up your mind to write generic, misleading & vague comments rather than providing more context for the benefit of the readers of this review. To start with, irrespective of the sector or scale of any business or organisation, customers are an integral part of the revenue earning process, and we are sure that even you would agree that no organisation can truly prosper if they do not prioritize their customers. But at HSC, just like customer centricity, employee centricity also acts as a cornerstone to our foundational values. These are the same values that have resulted in a rich technical & engineering legacy of over 18 years. We are also fortunate to have HSCians who have been with us since our inception and the media tenure at HSC stands at an impressive 6.4 years. In these competitive times and the sector we are operating in, it would not have been possible for an organisation to be on the growth path that we are on without the support of their employees. However, yes, we do agree that there are times when just like any other software and engineering services company, customer & at times, phase of the project do influence our working routine. That is why HSC has a policy on flexible working hours, which by definition, explains that we do not observe strict office timings. As you must also be knowing that the Flexi Time policy helps ensure that HSCians get break to rejuvenate themselves after extended hours. Since we believe what you might be experiencing could be a case of miscommunication, we would encourage you to talk to your manager, engineering group head, engineering head or for that matter with Mr. Vinod Sood, MD. As we walk the talk when it comes to following the open-door policy. You can also leverage the internal platforms like Q2M, Zero Hour, Amber etc. to share your concerns and suggestions anonymously if you wish so. Nevertheless, we wish many more years of your happy association with us.

Dear HSCian, We would like to start by thanking you for your contributions at HSC and are glad that you found the management and the food to be “good” at HSC. It is extremely unfortunate that you had to resort to publishing vague, misguiding and misleading statements for the readers of this review. Since you are still a part of the HSC family, you must be aware that HSC has been appraised with CMMi level – 5 certification for the three domains of Development, Services and People and is also the first organisation in the world to be appraised so. Such certifications are awarded after rigorous audits, checks and ensuring that the organisation is adhering to the policies and procedures. By extension of that, all our interactions, processes and even communications are guided by the laid down policies & procedures. Hence, your claims regarding the lack of policies are not only unsubstantial but are also irrational. However, yes, we do agree that there are times when just like any other software and engineering services company, customer & at times, phase of the project do influence our working routine. We would encourage you to kindly talk to your manager, Engineering Group head, the Engineering Head or for that matter with Mr. Vinod Sood, MD, for not only you have developed misconceptions about the financial stability of the company but have also misconstrued the lack of interaction as “Manager not listening”. As you must be knowing that HSCians can also leverage internal platforms like AI powered – Amber, Q2M, Zero Hour etc. to share your concerns or suggestions anonymously if you wish so. But since you have no inclination towards knowing about the organisation’s policies or platforms, we understand why you must have missed out on knowing about the internal platforms. Nevertheless, we wish many more years of your happy association with HSC.
