Over all company culture is good, and management is trying there best to skill up the employee but precedes it too lengthy to cope with new technology.

Salary - Excellent
Company culture - Excellent
Work-life balance - Excellent

Dislikes

No professional growth and moving out of team is big challenge. No job security always depends on manager for growth.

Job security - Poor
Work satisfaction - Bad

Work days: Rotational Shift (Flexible Timings)

I have been terminated in a day without any prior Notice what should I do ?

Will this recent termination effect my future career? So I have worked with this company its not even been 6 months they terminated me just before completing my probation period 2 days left for my probation to complete they terminated me before that immediately, will I get a relieving letter ? What should I do ? If I dont get relieving letter can I join other companies without relieving letter ? Should I ask them ?
