Dislikes

Higher management in functional side, especially Indian working came from ANZ are not good. They ruined the company culture. Useless people.

GCB4's and GCB3's in GBM) Great work life balance Great pay (Bonus is avg)

Dislikes

No role clarity Too much politics Lot of favouritism Pathetic management (GCB4 and GCB 3 level in GBM especially) Not a great place for those who are ambitious.

Work Details

Role clarity is missing in GBM area. A project manager can be asked to do Production Support one fine day without any choice. So it's a sad state of affairs.

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3.
