I was employed at HSBC for a decade. Over the past few years, the organization has undergone significant transformation, placing a stronger emphasis on contemporary technology skills. They also provide development initiatives to nurture leadership qualities in their employees, promoting learning through annual goal setting and certification programs.

Dislikes

Management could be demanding in certain departments, but this is a common scenario in most organizations. HSBC should consider providing more on-site opportunities to their permanent staff instead of hiring contractors for on-site positions and restricting permanent employees from traveling.
