Dislikes

Work culture is the worst nightmare, Nobody wants to assist anyone. They don't provide training in a proper way. Thay just rush to become productive on the floor. Management don't listen to the employees. HR are just spokesperson of Senior Management. Very rigid about their policies and doesn't provide any flexibility in that.
