Growth is almost non existent here. Only way to move higher up the ladder is BL ing same as all other IT firms. The company openly says promotions aren’t mandatory.

The best part of being part of the organization is the work culture and i don't think any single person associated with HSBC would complain about work pressure. Work life balance is the best thing about HSBC.
