The rich and diverse culture and the main thing which keeps you going in your career is the learning you get from the organisation. Best place to work.

Dislikes

Lot of perception based judgement happens and feedback for anything is not taken from the lower level designated employees.

Work Details

I worked in HSBC for almost 4years.It was wonderful journey coz of the team mates which acts as a catalyst to all the problems and provide necessary support. The learning experience was really good there is ample scope to learn and groom yourself

Work days: Monday to Friday (Flexible Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.

Need help in deciding from the following offers

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year.
