Good work environment and culture. Mentors are supportive in nature and management is transparent. There is cafeteria for chilling . Company policies are good also management provided us all stuff that we need. Overall having a good environment and culture.

There is no procedure for permanent or contract basis Job after the training.

Job is quite interesting i struggled a bit in the beginning due to not having that type of industry exposure but after some time i like to work there. I got multiple chance to work with other employees also with the mentors.
