I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Colleagues and few managers are good.

Dislikes

HR management is not good , leadership team is not good , projects are not long term. Promotions and hikes are not good (sometimes not done as well). Job security is not there. Have to sign bond if you are a fresher. Cafeteria is there but without food. AC are not put on until 10am. Lot more. Not good experience.

Behaviour of hr with employees is terrible , they litterally spy on employee in office & canteen . There is no job security , they can kick-off you from company at any time there is no notice-period , if they decide they can release you on same day without notice period . If you raise any concern then they will threaten you of termination . And about the increment they give the 2000rs/months after 2 years of working in the company this is hilarious .
