Nothing much to like here, process is very slow, you will keep on making presentations for every small small work.
Canteen Lunch and Cab facility are provided by company.
Company will pay you well but work culture is very toxic and poisonous.
Dislikes
Very Long working hours and we will continuosly stay on overtime till 8PM, There are no Technicians here, we will have to do all difficult manual work on our own.
Unnecessary work pressure from Japanese leadership, they will keep on asking to complete work on same day no matter deadline is far away.
Only Honda brand name is big actual reality is very bad.

No scope to learn new things.
In some areas, Non technical persons leading core technical team.
Only doing trading work. No core R&D work available.
Only doing support work for Japan model.
No further vision for HRID growth in terms of work quality & infra & test facility.
Skilled manpower used in non technical works just to keep them busy.
No utilisation of resource.
HR Only make PPT & make process complicated.
Major discison revolves around some old employees of company & they create politics.
Process of work evaluation is complicated.
Every year you need to take some new themes & your work is judged on that basis. Regular work knowledge is not considered.
