1. Small company comprising 8-9 people at the max. 2. There is a sales manager who does nothing the whole day, but sits on a couch. He comes to you 10 times a day and peeps into your computer and asks you when will you close the deal so that he takes the credit. By the way, this Sales Manager is a good friend of the owner who trustshim blindly. 3. This Sales manager likes to gossip with females a lot. If you are that type, then you are an asset to the company. 4. You cannot see any growth in the company. 5.
