The worst part is the toxic environment cultivated by the company. Instead of fostering a supportive work environment they resort to personal attack to personal attack on employees private lives, creating a toxic atmosphere of fear and mistreat. Moreover the company has a troubling pattern of firing employees at will . They demand rent less work without breaks or appreciation , offer low pay, and engage in personal attack. Job security?
