Dear Sir It was really very heartening to describe the pain that during the PANDEMIC situation when the world is supporting each other for a lively hood but I was asked to resign and pushed to unemployment because of the fact that there was politics in the Company, as new management team took over. Though I requested to atleast give me some time in the Company so that I could find a suitable job somewhere else but the HR and the senior management denied to give me any extension. I had some earned leave (45 days, which I had not availed during my work period) for which I requested the management to encashed the same but they denied. I even pointed that Company is keeping provision every year towards this account to help the outgoing employees but they didn't listen. Hope you will enquire all these and have a fair judgement. You can work here only if you are a workoholic people looking for work life balance and planning family life not a good place to work also you will not get any support from manager or management worst place for females to plan maternity after maternity they will change your role and tell you within six months you are not performing and will ask you to leave because then you cannot challenge them..

There was no formal training session. I learnt everything on the job. It was a learning experience. Though didn't get much support in new role from reporting manager.

New Job, Higher Pay, Now I’m Feeling Awkward

I’ve been at my new job for about six months now, and everything’s been going great! I’m getting positive feedback from my manager, and I get along well with the team. The thing is, when I started, my salary offer ended up being much higher than the initial number discussed during my interview. I didn’t negotiate and just accepted the offer. So, fast forward to happy hour with the team, and the topic of salary comes up. I, unfortunately, shared what I’m making, and let’s just say... it didn’t sit well with the others who have been on the team for years and make less than me.
