There's a familiar environment, they are very supportive,salary comes on time
First of all.. Salary what they offer is terrible & there is no scope of incentive or additional benefits that we can get other thn a less than anything salary..
There is no oppurtunity to learn & earn, the management staff is helpful sometimes but dominates most of the time n IJP is just for formality.. Nono increment or on paper change of Designation..
My experience with HGS was from 2016-2017 & i felt i was surviving with the pay what i was getting..
They should focus on employee moreover customer (they call king & treat us like slave)...Read More
