The culture is great, people are friendly and I can get work done at my own speed. Product planning is good, so you have a broad picture of what's happening over the next ~6 months.

Dislikes

Many of the hires seem to be very rigid in terms of how they work. Some of the senior leadership in India seems to not have a clue on what they're doing. Folks in USA are much better in terms of product & people management.

If any unexpected circumstances takes place in your life, either it's for you or for your parents etc. They don't bother nor even care about you. Simply, all they want you to be at office for all the 3 days of WFO times. No notable benefits, no respect for you and for your contributions towards the dedication and commitment which you shown at your work. They even discriminate your personal life by comparing with someone else's life. Such a pathetic and foolish behaviour it was. No I strongly not recommend to everyone kindly don't join the company they are removing the people the Indian Management VP he very old he doesn't encourage the new talent I request US team please focus on him kindly don't trust him
