About the Role
We are seeking a seasoned and results-driven Senior Recruiter to join our team in Hyderabad. The ideal candidate will bring 10+ years of experience in tech and non-tech hiring, with a proven track record in leadership hiring, strategic hiring plan development, and executing large-scale recruitment drives. This role offers a unique opportunity to contribute significantly to our talent acquisition strategy while growing professionally.
Responsibilities
Sourcing and Talent Mapping: Leverage advanced sourcing techniques to attract top-tier talent for technical and non-technical roles, including senior leadership positions.
Hiring Plans: Collaborate with leadership to create and execute hiring strategies that align with organizational objectives.
Recruitment Drives: Plan and lead impactful recruitment campaigns and events to meet diverse hiring needs.
Process Adherence: Ensure all recruitment activities comply with organizational guidelines and best practices.
Stakeholder Management: Work closely with global stakeholders, hiring managers, and business leaders to deliver tailored recruitment solutions.
Candidate Engagement: Provide an exceptional candidate experience throughout the recruitment lifecycle, fostering long-term relationships.
Leadership Hiring: Manage end-to-end recruitment for senior and niche roles across technical and non-technical domains.
Accountability and Results: Consistently meet hiring metrics, maintain timelines, and deliver quality results.
Required Qualifications
10+ years of recruitment experience, with expertise in engineering/ technical/ product/ R&D hiring. Experience in non tech hiring would be an advantage.
4+ years of recent experience in end to end recruitment (hiring planning to onboarding) as corporate recruiter
6+ years of experience in sourcing for engineering roles through traditional and non traditional sourcing channels
Proven ability to manage senior level stakeholders, leadership hiring and execute recruitment drives.
Strong knowledge of hiring processes and compliance requirements.
Exceptional communication, and problem-solving skills.
High accountability with a track record of achieving measurable results in a fast-paced environment.
