About the Role

This unique position is based in Hyderabad, The HR Specialist will offer extensive assistance to Senior Manager, Business Partner (BP) for employees in Hyderabad. The responsibilities include managing the employee lifecycle, addressing employee inquiries, ensuring compliance, fostering employee engagement, collaborating on important HR initiatives, and facilitating a smooth employee experience that aligns with organizational objectives.

Responsibilities

Support HR Business Partner on people-related matters, interpreting policies, employee queries & low-risk employee relations.
Support HR initiatives such as diversity & inclusion efforts, employee engagement programs and events, and performance management etc.
Ensure compliance with local regulations and deliver a positive employee experience.
Creation of job requisitions for new hires for Hyderabad Hub.
Manage the employee probation confirmation process.
Respond to employee inquiries about HR policies, benefits, and other HR-related matters.
Administer employee rewards and recognition programs to foster motivation and engagement.
Handle exit interviews and manage full and final settlements during employee exits.
Work with cross-functional teams, HR leadership, and external partners to achieve shared goals.
Generate reports and analyse HR metrics to identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement, contributing insights for strategic decision-making.
Assist in developing, implementing, and enhancing HR policies, procedures, and best practices.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor s degree in human resources or related field.
3 to 5 years of relevant experience in the areas of HR Generalist.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence and engage others whilst demonstrating sensitivity where required.
A comprehensive understanding of employee lifecycle management, HR policies & practices, benefits administration & local employment legislation, payroll processing etc.
Ability to identify problems and drive appropriate solutions.
Proven track record of accomplishments in a dynamic environment, which is fast-paced and customer-driven.
Proven ability to act with integrity and navigate confidential matters.
Proven ability to prioritize, meet deadlines and use available resources best.
Project management and the ability to deliver, with a proven track record of influencing through data-driven recommendations.
Coaching and consulting skills; Ability to work with and influence multiple stakeholders.
Working with global teams and stakeholders.
