Starts with management one of the terrible magangement and toxic managers. Transportation team is really challenging and can give you hard time whenver they want and you can't complain about it. Work-culture is very toxic worst policies are there you can't get ill or else you'll face deductions from salary, yes you can apply SL but they have vpa ratings. Only the Salary part which I got on time. I don’t know about other process in the same company .

A lot of thing for dislike . Their attendance system of manual from Oracle DHR & Timesheet applies on teams, the pathetic management and HR. No work ethics . Unnecessarily burden to a lead to work most of time however , no trust or eliminate the poor performer . Hygiene Issues on washroom etc etc.

- Worst workplace. - Biased HR team. - Ethnicity promoted. Locals are adored and outsiders will remain outsiders. - Hypocrisy. Lecture on Guidelines/Promotion/Appraisal for people they had to hire to fill spots and making exceptions without counting for people they wanted/needed to hire to meet all the performance metrics. - No realvalue of TL/AM designation. When they start insulting you, they don't remember who they're speaking to. -Advisor says, Support staff is bad.....HR will jump on them like vultures. Support staff shares same concern: 1000 questions, no real action and teaching their guidelines. - That same Agent impacts the score, gets escalation..... warning letter will be issued in support staff's name in no time by the same hardworking people from HR team....Read More

Very hectic work place , they also push to work , they don’t give any expections, all the heads only are there to pressure the employees at workplace , no free time in the shift of 10 hrs they only provide half hour break, which we cannot take by our choice , pathetic , no increment

In the name of cost cutting and for getting the cost cutting incentive or bonus the managers from top to bottom will provide 6 people in the place of 10 people. All 6 people must work hard. Night day anytime they will expect you to support and invariably you will extend. Work culture is bad. Management is bad

Bus facility on Sunday at least from Loma TI gate to our company because 15 to 20 mins we have to walk, and I am giving this reason because on Sunday, who are stay fare already, they are handling train issue, bus issue, and even auto issue also after handling this we have to walk again is to irritate, so please request arranging from them cab or bus on weekends.

Always ask your in hand salary in VPA 2 Rating bocoz that’s what you will get if the said in hand salary is in VPA 3 kindly get it changed before accepting the offer. Work life balance is good. Hike was decent. I joined a fresher in 2021 with 3 Lpa, after 2 yrs, with 2 hike n 1 promotion, my CTC is 5.7 Lpa

no job security all. In bench they will ask you to fake your Cv with client requirements, and will force you to attend interview, even if you don't have that skill sets. If you unable to clear any interview after 3 chances, they will ask you to put the paper.
