The company maintains a healthy balance between work and personal life. There is a positive and supportive cultural atmosphere. Employees can improve their skills through abundant training sessions and numerous learning benefits.

However, despite good performance, the appraisal rewards are insufficient.

It's having a great work culture and we have opportunities to enhance and explore our skills and improve our technical aspects and we have multiple opportunities to showcase our skills like hackathons and designation and multiple skill set trainings are provided to all regardless of their role.

Very bad for long term association. Salary increments very low and there is very low job security as they can ask you to leave when they think that they don't able to bring us projects.

Organisation is over ok if you are in learning phase, you will learn many things only if your department management is good

Only drawback of this organisation is there pathetic salary structure there is no fixed in-hand salary if you are at executives or even at SME level, salaries are beneficial only for manager and above bands, there is no work life balance

Their salary conditions are worst. Every month salary comes low and will be adjusted as arrears the nxt month. HR named Selvakumar Sakthivel. I dont know how he became an HR. He threatens victims of POSH cases. HR like him should be jailed for such criminal mindsets.
