Dislikes

The most disliked thing in Hexaware Technologies is compensation and career growth. You will be doing a job which is repetitive and there's no hope for career advancement unless someone in the hierarchy resigns. Compensation is very very less. They didn't give us hike for nearly two years and then for the third year they gave us a h ike ranging from Rs. 500 to Rs. 2500 per month depending on the performance without any arrears. So many talented guys left the organisation and the management was so cool about it. Higher management does not know how to retain talent. Talented people from Hexaware are leaving and creating wonders in other firms. Management does not care about employees from BPS. They only concentrate on employees from Technologies who are good for nothing. People is BPS work really very hard for peanuts but still they don't get any recognition....Read More
