It's my first company so i liked most of the things but realized lately that everything's fake and each personality is fake and all are selfish.
When your manager forgets her words about you after completion of work especially during appraisal. But during hard time when Hex was about lose the project/client the same manager was assuring that she will give everything possible, where we worked day&night so hard and completed the project. Now the manager won't even remember me.

Work life balance is worst, constantly ask to extend the working hours and at the end no recognization. The increment and promotion is not given based on you performance. They will ask you to work 12 hours everyday and also ask you to work over weekends.

Management is not supportive at all. There is no professionalism with any of the lead here. Your immediate manager will not support you and will always keep his pressure on you. They usually use adamant or I would say, pathetic language to speak with harsh words. This is applicable with all leads who are at General Manager position

You get to learn about new process
Nothing is good at Hexaware. Managers, HRs, Canteen with cockroaches roaming around. Politics everywhere, one mistake and you will be warned to resign. 12 to 15 hours working and still want us to be on time even though we were working till late. No sympathy towards employees especially freshers. Binded by bonds and contracts. Wont ever recommend anyone to work in Hexaware.

Bus facility on Sunday at least from Loma TI gate to our company because 15 to 20 mins we have to walk, and I am giving this reason because on Sunday, who are stay fare already, they are handling train issue, bus issue, and even auto issue also after handling this we have to walk again is to irritate, so please request arranging from them cab or bus on weekends.
