Management is not supportive at all. There is no professionalism with any of the lead here. Your immediate manager will not support you and will always keep his pressure on you. They usually use adamant or I would say, pathetic language to speak with harsh words. This is applicable with all leads who are at General Manager position

There are lot of dislikes about the company, too many politics, if employee taking extra effort for his career and company benifits, but in return they always wanted to put more extra more efforts without any monitory benifits. 1. While interviewing candidates they will give false claims that allowances will be given, food card will be given, we are following hybrid working model. But nothing is true.
