Starts with management one of the terrible magangement and toxic managers. Transportation team is really challenging and can give you hard time whenver they want and you can't complain about it. Work-culture is very toxic worst policies are there you can't get ill or else you'll face deductions from salary, yes you can apply SL but they have vpa ratings. The atmosphere was good in my team and the work load was not that high.

My first salary is still not paid in full even after half a year at the office, the canteen is infested with rats, they change the salary structure without informing the employees, the working hours are not fixed and no overtime pay and a lot of other bad things.

Only the Salary part which I got on time. I don’t know about other process in the same company .

A lot of thing for dislike . Their attendance system of manual from Oracle DHR & Timesheet applies on teams, the pathetic management and HR. No work ethics . Unnecessarily burden to a lead to work most of time however , no trust or eliminate the poor performer . Hygiene Issues on washroom etc etc.

There's nothing to like partiality is there.It depends on the TLs as well some of the TLs will take you the good position whereas some can never do that even if you are doing well and hardworking.

Partiality is there , politics is going on there.Even if you are capable of doing so much you can't expect a growth their.Those who are not even able to communicate properly will.gt promoted and some of the honesty agents will remain at same position.

It's like a Jail. Breaks not allowed. Breaks are freezed. Not allowed to go out of the office after 9 without permission and if there is no one for permission, you will have to be there till morning. even if the shift is over. Everytime when ticket is raised then only the the resolution come that time also there is no acknowledgement or response back to the owner. There are lot of dislikes about the company, too many politics, if employee taking extra effort for his career and company benifits, but in return they always wanted to put more extra more efforts without any monitory benifits. AND BEWARE IF YOU ARE GOING TO JOIN IT INFRASTRUCTURE OPERATIONS--"DO NOT JOIN" Especially GOC team plase make sure you do not join this team. 2.Here right drom the Team Leads, Managers, SDMs all are pathetic they will suck the life out of you and in return you will only get more work and criticism that too below the belt. 3.This company is dominated by people Sitting in Chennai office and these guys get their friends and relatives on boarded using their position and contacts and then that new comer will dominate his subordinate. 4.Seniors can take leave whenever they Although the leaves are by default approved by the system but still for 2 days leave if you are juniors you'll have to take approval from your manager and SDMs. 5.Overall very toxic culter, everyone is playing blame game and no employee wellfare policy Most highlighting part is they will change policy for juniors on their will and if no one follows it he will be put to PIP and then pressurize you to resign....Read More
