Starts with management one of the terrible magangement and toxic managers. Transportation team is really challenging and can give you hard time whenver they want and you can't complain about it. The atmosphere was good in my team and the work load was not that high.

My first salary is still not paid in full even after half a year at the office, the canteen is infested with rats, they change the salary structure without informing the employees, the working hours are not fixed and no overtime pay and a lot of other bad things.

Very hectic work place , they also push to work , they don’t give any expections, all the heads only are there to pressure the employees at workplace , no free time in the shift of 10 hrs they only provide half hour break, which we cannot take by our choice , pathetic , no increment

Supportive colleagues, Team leader, Managers. Overtime benefits and good pay. Two way cabs and bus facility. Training + mock calls + team dinner.

Dislikes

Office politics and partiality by few seniors. Paid leaves not granted sometimes and salary deduction for the same if not reporting to office after informing won't be able to report as put of town or exam work to be done.

If u can speak quite good English then u will be selected easily in any process and also if u didn't get selected that's bcz ur communication is not good enough or u r pretty much smarter then the interviewer, this was my personal exp during interview.

Selected congrats, but they will give u a 40-50 pages of form to fill and u have to fill all the details with ur own without any help and also they will ask u some nonsense docx, the company don't believe in digitalization. Fr some process the salary they r offering fr freshers and experienced r same :)

Nothing is good at Hexaware. Managers, HRs, Canteen with cockroaches roaming around. Politics everywhere, one mistake and you will be warned to resign. 12 to 15 hours working and still want us to be on time even though we were working till late. No sympathy towards employees especially freshers. Binded by bonds and contracts. Wont ever recommend anyone to work in Hexaware.

The hired me as a permanent employee but fired you once I complete 60 days in bench. This happened to almost all developers. They provide contractual jobs by saying it's permanent .Hexaware has 60 days bench policy. Never ever try to join this company because you will regret alot everytime..

They mention the employer's share of the PF in your CTC which is a really cheap scam. It is mentioned as employer's share for a reason and it is not even mentioned in the offer letter properly. They include variable pay of around 3k-5k in your "take home salary". Any variable pay should be mentioned as incentives and not as take home salary which is also a scam. And the worst part of it all; in all of our offer letters, there was a mention of a fixed salary without the Variable pay. They changed this fixed amount for everyone after 1 year and didn't even send a proper mail about it. When we asked about this to HR, they said Variable pay policy has been updated. They mention a fixed take home salary without the Variable pay in the offer letter and change it after 1 year without any notice, not even a mail. Even if you get a really good package in Hexaware BPS, I would really really advice you to look for a job elsewhere. There are really good companies out there. The only aspect I enjoy about this company are the two days off each week. However, I have significantly improved my soft skills, including customer handling and problem-solving.

Dislikes

The HR team here is the worst I have encountered in my career. They inquired about our problems two months ago, yet we are still facing the same issues. Additionally, we are not allowed to take other leaves, such as combo or paid leaves, even when we have informed them in advance.
