There are lot of dislikes about the company, too many politics, if employee taking extra effort for his career and company benifits, but in return they always wanted to put more extra more efforts without any monitory benifits. Hexaware BPS: Company is solely focused on business and has no consideration for the employees. They just change the take home salary anytime they want, after you join the company. HRs should be a mediator if there is any conflict between managers and employees, but here HRs will be personal errand boys to the managers and team leads.

The only aspect I enjoy about this company are the two days off each week. However, I have significantly improved my soft skills, including customer handling and problem-solving.

The HR team here is the worst I have encountered in my career. They inquired about our problems two months ago, yet we are still facing the same issues. Additionally, we are not allowed to take other leaves, such as combo or paid leaves, even when we have informed them in advance.

I work with the TL and manager was good he always support and guide me they also teach the new things it's helpful to the future.

Hexaware is a good company but talking about dislike part the appraisal part it's very slow process and the salary package was also low they should have to work on there STG people because they are not helping for the system implementation.
