Their salary conditions are worst. Every month salary comes low and will be adjusted as arrears the nxt month. HR named Selvakumar Sakthivel. I dont know how he became an HR. He threatens victims of POSH cases. HR like him should be jailed for such criminal mindsets.

The atmosphere was good in my team and the work load was not that high.
My first salary is still not paid in full even after half a year at the office, the canteen is infested with rats, they change the salary structure without informing the employees, the working hours are not fixed and no overtime pay and a lot of other bad things.

Only the Salary part which I got on time. I don’t know about other process in the same company .
A lot of thing for dislike . Their attendance system of manual from Oracle DHR & Timesheet applies on teams, the pathetic management and HR. No work ethics . Unnecessarily burden to a lead to work most of time however , no trust or eliminate the poor performer . Hygiene Issues on washroom etc etc.

There is nothing to like about Hexaware.
I had a disappointing experience at Hexaware in just 3 months while working for Athena process. The company presents a completely different picture during hiring, but the reality is far from it. Misleading Hiring Process: HRs promise one job role but assign you to another. They claim you’ll receive a net monthly salary based on Rating 3, but after joining, you’ll realize you’re getting Rating 2. They also rush employees into signing the VPA structure, which isn’t transparent. Exploitative Work Schedule: Despite being promised two weekly offs, you’re forced to work on weekends under the excuse of "business requirements." Public holidays listed in the company calendar are also denied. Unrealistic Training & No Support: The HR team states one month of training, but it’s cut down to 15 days to meet business demands. During OJT, there is minimal support, yet you’re expected to meet targets even after shift hours. Toxic Operations Team & Management: The managers and operations team are unprofessional, arrogant, and unhelpful. They constantly push employees to work extra hours and cancel planned leaves. Poor Employee Facilities & No Lockers: Hexaware at Navi Mumbai MBP follows a strict no-phone policy, but they don’t provide lockers for employees. Instead, you must submit your phone to security daily and collect a token. If you need your phone during breaks, you must stand in a queue, collect it, and submit it again before returning. This process often eats into your break time, leaving employees frustrated. FOR VOICE PROCESS:- "ONCE YOU SUBMIT YOUR PHONE AT THE START OF THE SHIFT, YOU WILL GET YOUR PHONE DIRECTLY AFTER THE SHIFT". YOU ARE NOT ALLOWED TO TAKE PHONE IN BREAKS. High Attrition & Unethical Practices: They mass-hire between January to April for peak season and later neglect employees, leading to high attrition. You’re left with no choice but to resign. Bottom Line: If you value work-life balance, transparency, and fair management, this is not the right place....Read More

The hired me as a permanent employee but fired you once I complete 60 days in bench. This happened to almost all developers. They provide contractual jobs by saying it's permanent .Hexaware has 60 days bench policy. Never ever try to join this company because you will regret alot everytime..

They mention the employer's share of the PF in your CTC which is a really cheap scam. It is mentioned as employer's share for a reason and it is not even mentioned in the offer letter properly. They include variable pay of around 3k-5k in your "take home salary". Any variable pay should be mentioned as incentives and not as take home salary which is also a scam. And the worst part of it all; in all of our offer letters, there was a mention of a fixed salary without the Variable pay. They changed this fixed amount for everyone after 1 year and didn't even send a proper mail about it. When we asked about this to HR, they said Variable pay policy has been updated. They mention a fixed take home salary without the Variable pay in the offer letter and change it after 1 year without any notice, not even a mail. Even if you get a really good package in Hexaware BPS, I would really really advice you to look for a job elsewhere. There are really good companies out there.
