Very poor. Unfortunately they do not treat their employees properly. I thought initially due to the covid situation there was lot of work pressure later on I realized I came to a wrong organisation as the management department of all the 4 teams I had worked under were really horrible and ruthless in their behaviour towards me. Theyonly care about their work to be done and don't really show much concern towards the employee well being. I had to undergo severe mental stress while working there and never got proper help from my colleagues too. Even in my last working day also they didn't spare me and truth be told the work culture in HP technical support department is worse than a government job. You have to work extended hours and sacrifice many things which is really not worth sacrificing for a company like HP who don't even know how to treat their employees properly. It's that horrible working there. They interrogate us like as if we are criminals even for some mistake or escalation we do in our job and slightly back answer them....Read More
