Work life balance is best when compare with other companies, HPE gave more benifits to their employees

Dislikes

Some of the team have to support work beyond our working hours. And also salary not satisfied to others. And work pressure is increasing nowadays

Work Details

The job position is good to me and more transparent with leadership team. All of them should know what happening and how the business is running and all. I learnt all the stratch things from HPe.

Work days: Monday to Friday (Flexible Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.

It was a good company before the merge with csc! After it becomes DXC it becomes terrible company to work!

I have job which gives 6 CTC, YOE: 2 years I need good paying since other batchemates are grabbing packages such as 20+ LPA They have done MBA. I also plan to do the same but my current role is too good. No work pressure, helpful colleagues. From last organization which was super toxic this is a gem.
