Likes

Teammates were amazing. Training was also good, no Politics at least at my level of employment. No innovation. At my level work-life was balanced but at higher level it is not. But you get paid for that extra.

Job security - Excellent

They hire people offering different profiles and then put them into support role.

Skill development - Bad
Promotions - Bad
Work satisfaction - Bad

Work Details

I worked at HPE Chennai office. That is quite good. People come do their work and leave irrespective how many hours they are present in office. Later I God relocated to Pune client location after that work got more hectic with zero learning.

Work days: Rotational Shift (Flexible Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.

Experience - 5.9 Tech - React.js CTC- 13LPA Current company - TCS Offer in the process - Nagarro (19LPA) My LWD is 24th May, but I told Nagarro I can be released in 30 days. Now, should I: 1. Be honest and say I can join on 25th May? 2. Commit to 25th April and request a DOJ extension later?(By telling them some emergency) Q1). If I choose option 1, is there a risk they won’t release the offer?(As I am being hired for a particular project, so will they go for some immediate candidates?) Q2). If I choose option 2, could they revoke the offer?(As the HR told changing the DOJ in released offer letter is not possible
