Work culture is is good, good ethics. The team takes care n responsibility of each and everything/everybody. Supportive staff understands everything. Work is fast n furious. Extra care for females.

Dislikes

1.The team takes late decisions because they always asks suggestions from whole team. Lot’s of team meetings (which is good for the employee satisfaction) 2.No job security, you can only join for 2-3 years. If you survived more than that, then it is good. But it will add good experience.

Dislike only that most the worker are on contract basis,no. of possibility loose job and if contract end & same process is about to end ,so it can be possibility that after contract employee can terminate by job.
