Managers are not that good. No value for personal Life, everyone works from 25th of the month and close deadlines .rest 25 days they just chill. No learning at all. Just certifications for RFP docs. Very difficult to change the job as there is no skill improvement in one year or so. Just same monotonous routine. No free food,No freetransport, No free Gym. On the positive side, Lots of travel opportunities and Meet folks from round the globe. Also work from home is good.You will definately get to work with people from singapore and australia who are strict about their work.Though working at odd hours could be possible based upon the project timings/ quartely/ yearly ends...Read More

New Job Anxiety?

Hey all I recently got an offer from a company as it offered me a 60-70 % hike over my current company which was about to secure a job. I am having 3 years of experience in SAP BW domain and mostly and in this I have worked for 1.6 years in BW support and that too in night shifts where there is not much work. I started preparing interviews and cleared them and now got an offer and I put my notice and my last working day was next week. Now coming to the main part even though I'm good about most part having less real time experience and exposure is freaking me out and what will be the new company expectations and I decided to work hard to learn all the details it's just the hands on I'm not sure. With in mean time I'll be preparing in that company I mean once I join should I need to tell my lead or manager that this is at where am I and should I just bluff them as i know everything. Any suggestions please...the joining date is around the corner which gives me more anxiety
