Too many veterans who have been with the company for many years and know how to navigate the system w/o a lot of effort and calling the shots as far as management decisions are concerned. This can be a deal breaker for someone who moves in laterally from another org for instance

They have good infrastructure and are the only company in Bangalore that gives 6 months of paternal leave.

HPE used to have the best work-life balance in the whole of Bangalore, but now it's equivalent to a service company. Along with the work-life balance, the salary structure is at 50% of the current market pricing for existing senior positions along with skill upgrades.

This company has terminated me due to one day Moonlight and interests only Contract employees. I observed here some connection between Contract employees to Managers and HP Management doesn't idea on it.

Cab is provided both ways for free. Good and neat work place.

New management. Office politics because of the new management. No support from the manager at all. Hell lot of work with low salary. New employees get more salary than the existing employees. New management and the manager is the worst if they need you they will keep you at any cost if they don't like you they will somehow make you out of the company.
