Very toxic and administrative type of work culture, open hand given to audiologist to interfere in sales process. Inexperienced fresher audiologist monitor the sales process. Delay in travel reimbursement for sales people, fake promises from upper management regarding promotion. They hire for sales and expect you to work for business development as well, but pay you as per sales executive.
