This company is bulls*it and there are no likes about it, If you want to have a growth in life make sure to improve your technical skills and move to abroad, because I think most of the companies in India will force employees to work overtime. So it completely depends on you, hustle now and enjoy later on!!

- Micromanagement - If you need certification of any tool then you need to agree with 1 year bond. - This company doesn't have a proper system - If you lic* your manager's feet, then your future will be in a good position. [Proceed if you don't have any self respect] - If you are not techie, then pressure will be more. - But if you are facing a lot financial problems, then join this company and improve your tech skills try for another job. - Also I forgot to mention, if you are dad is dying on bed, then they say "work or leave the job"...Read More

I realy surprised by the front desk employee, Daniel, who genuinely cared about women's safety. He spoke with the trainer, HR, and requested that the new hire paperwork be completed and the female employee be sent out as soon as possible since she was traveling a long distance.He is deserving of praise for his initiative. It demonstrates that all employees are equal communicators.

Never ever consider joining iopex. Too much of overtime and you must work on 6th days as well. No proper compensations. You will not get your promised referral bonus and the HR recruiters are very unresponsive. Keep in mind that the week Off’s will be changed every week without consulting with you first. Overall, totally not recommended.

Worst Management!!! HRs are too rude. Negotiated for extra 2km cab, though i asked to deduct in my salary or drop me off till 30km as per company norms but they denied telling it not safe and, instead they asked me to relocate by spending another 10k expense for PG, what about my safety if I relocate to PG near company. No job Security. No proper response. 2 Years bond.

Partiality, favouritism & worst politics, worst top management. Even you work for more hours & extended the time to complete the work. They simply said low performance. Higher management is judgemental. If they don't like you they treat you badly & they never gave hike also.

At times I felt that people are not too open, something is being hidden. The concept of employment (contract), hiring & not telling everything before a candidate is hired is really weird. Overall I wasn’t that satisfied

Frankly speaking apart from salary no other activities or employee groming events. Good company of Tamilians and good for again tamilians.

No Job security, No growth. One has to fight for any pramotions even if you geninuenly perform well. Every year appraisal they bring up conditions so that employee can be stuck for again 6 months.

If you get a technical manager, your life at work will be a bit easier otherwise no special things to like at work.

They do not like to retain their employees nor give an adequate raise. If you ask for a raise, all of a sudden company do not have any information whatsoever and now your performance is an issue. Instead of giving raise, they will expect you to train a backup for them and hire a new person. Do not expect much support from team leads as they are promoted to fill a position not because they are talented.
