The environment of Khurja branch is very bad, people can work there, if the environment of HDFC bank is like that of Khurja branch then I will never join HDFC bank.The branch manager says complain to anyone, nothing happens here. I had even filed a complaint against the branch manager, but till date nothing new has happened.

Very poor working environment. It is purely money minded company. HRs will recruit freshers from college without mentioning that this is a sales job. Their only job is to onboarding the new joiners, after onboarding they don't have any power. They are like puppet for the Cluster heads. Only after joining the company you'll come to know that this is a sales job. Starting from interview process and till joining the company, the role will be mentioned as "Personal Banker". Only after joining the company, you'll come to know the actual name of the role is "Personal Banker - Sales". They'll never motivate to for your work. There will always be pressure. They won't let you be free even when you are on leave, they'll disturb by calling you frequently. They'll assign work intentionally when you got permission for early going from them. Nobody will help you in the branch. Nobody knows nothing when you ask them. The manager won't approve the reimbursement amount. The senior people will never see you as a fresher, they'll torture you and put same kind of work pressure as experienced people. I can say many disadvantages. But one thing for sure, "If you can survive and gain knowledge in HDFC (Minimum 6 months), you can survive in any company (That kind of very bad company)"...Read More

Bank was good in sharing bonus and incentives but from last 5-6 years bank is rushing too much. No satisfaction no growth neither growth in career.

Dislikes

Even Incentives are delayed and other banks giving appraisal in mostly by April but here done in june. No growth in salary, very much pressure to deliver, no satisfaction of work, too much competition even at senior level. Everyone wants to keep their head. Too many products and bank want each to push without proper training and segregated departments. They just want buisness any how. And culture is going downwards way only....Read More

Only name is big, but many employees make u work beyond organisation timing and rules, what ever u deliver that is less, needed more, daily morning to evening. And many more.

Dislikes

Comming on time leaving time not fix, exter working targets other the given for a month, daily morning and evening online meeting or VC other then work, as much u work more the business needed, if not directly told to ok put down ur papers, not talking in a smooth and in a manner ful way.
