Good work environment and culture. Company policy are good,appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and management doesn't address our issues.on the job training is not given to new joiners.

Work Details

The job is quite interesting! I struggled a bit in the beginning as there was no formal training session.the role within the same.

I don't like anything in this Job as a sales officer bcz they don't support any sales officer .

Dislikes

For Sales officer, they don't give perfect training and expect Perfect Work form them and All RMs and PBs not support to Sales officer.

Work Details

I am from government salary account department. My job work is to open government accounts and Cross sell the products. But All Manager expect that sales officer should go in government departments and speak with them for government salary accounts.
