There is just too much pressure on RM for all things. The bank should have dedicated service RMs like other banks. It becomes difficult for the RM to balance servicing the client as well as achieving sales targets at the same time.

Work Details

I work as preferred relationship manager at hdfc bank. The work involves managing the portfolio of the bank and also achieving revenue and cross sell targets through that portfolio. There are a number of products to sell and all daily job involved selling
