Very high work pressure in HDFC Bank there is no Work Life Balance. I work 10-12 Hours Daily but not get any appreciation. There is no HR policy.

I ,being a banker, holds the responsibility that we can help our people to serve the country, we haven't had any pledge like doctors, and soldier that we will work in any scenario, still if we can help even a little by serving people in lockdown, it would be great for us. Also bank is taking care of all the precautions to safeguard all of us by providing and arranging masks, sanitizers, gloves and other measures. There is nothing to dislike as I am working in No.1 bank but all need some time relaxation, appreciation, and better income to focus.

Not a good place to work very bad culture in retail branch banking everything is sales at all the profiles and they run a school not an organisation.You will be scolded all the time.
