Hdfc bank management is very bad. Because they lot of differences between junior to senior employees. Most worst thing is all ground level staff designation is SO. SO means Salas Officer but lot of people working in operations they are not related to sales but still their designation is SO. And huge no of old and high rank senior employees not give any respect SO they said all managers rank employees are bank staff. Behaviour of seniors and bank staffs, politics between bank staffs, always shouting and disrespecting and insulting if someone makes a mistake , specifically this is a woman oriented company and male bank staffs behaves very rudely with female SO or staffs or juniors specially in customer instruction team.
