Excessive work load, it ruin week end and late night so it hardly impact on work life balance. Poor management (Depends on vertical). Poisonous politics. Unpractical deadlines. At join they told its hybrid but after few months manager ruling to come everyday. Bad infrastructure, office and internet services.

Beanch manager says if u receive incentive give it to me, hdfc bank is a bunch of greedy bluffs goons

Not statisfied with the working culture created by branch head in the branch even after performing well in all parameter, getting harrased by the branch head on delievering numbers even after performing, and there is lot of politics in branch and the other people cant see growth of any one thats the reason i left that job

Line managers are not good, full of politics and we need to listen to our boss even though he is wrong. Job satisfaction will not be their because of boss and their favourite boss team mates. Worked with many organisations but first time in my life history failed to work with HDFC Bank.
