Only Good thing you get salary on 25th of every month and parental insurance

Dislikes

No HR kind of thing once you join you feel you are not working for organisation working under a specifications person. No transparancy in rating and 4get about rating for 3 yrs from date of joining . Pathetic work culture highly egoistic and stubburn ppl. This bank shaving culture of preference of vintage rathee than talent. Minimum 10 hrs of working everyday

As a process n system it is good.But there is not proper recognition,consideration of work.Not proper. Appraisal check up at management level.Reward should be there for performance.lots of politics decorated. Career.
