Too much work pressure. No backup if you are on leave. You have to start your work where you left before proceeding on leave. Always work is going in mind even though you are on leave.

HDFC is such a place where if an employee was covid positive, he/she was made to feel that he/she shouldn't have survived it. they are harassed by supervisors like Danish Khan and no body helps you out. Although Danish himself doesnt know about anything RBB but still keeps an ego with his team members and makes sure that they leave the organization. Plus he has the support of his supervisor, Ms Deepa, who blindly trust this guy. Even if you are performing and doing things right and ethically, one might not be liked by these guys and you end up resigning. PS- If you resign they'll harass. If you stay again they'll harass. If you switch to new organization, people like Danish Khan will give a fake feedback due to which one might loose another job. Shame HDFC have people like Danish Khan and supervisor like Deepa who just want to boost their own EGO. Politics faces always a front ground staff always threatening to staff for transfer, rating and many more. If we say any suggestions or openion to seniors then they always write a mail that you have descipline issue you have attitude at work place and many more. If I say there are lots of problem and politics which junior and front staff face in all the branches by branch manager and cluster head. I get terminated on dec 4 2023 just because of politics by branch manager and cluster head. No complaint by customer no forgery done by me just branch manager complaint for me that I have signed a FD request form on behalf of customer. But there is no complaint by customer or any other person then also I get terminated and 2 month passed away I didn't get my relieving letter. Just tell me how I do work and how I survive my family . I have only on option and the option is suicide because If I didn't get reliving letter then I didn't get a job in any bank. Everything is dislike first of all please teach all the employees specially for senior manager management how to talk with employees loudly speaking and unwanted target is not the job of Branch manager, cluster head or Zonal Head. Please Ignore All the Bank job. See I am not giving any where feedback but I received email multiple times that's why I am sending.

Ratings, Bonuses and Promotions are purely based on how good is your relationship with the superiors and hr has no role in it technically. They just follow the instructions from line department.
