poor communication , only interact with sales staff and in drives almost equally targets are given to non sales .lack of career development , excessive workload ,poor work life balance and negative culture. Bank is too good but it's depends on seniors. There is no timely promotions and salary hike, HR is totally dependend on higher level management. Bank is hiring staff from outside on higher package but not promotint our internal staff. There is no value of knowleehe
