Dislikes

Excessive sales targets Every employee tries to safeguard him/herself. Less and inexperienced staff at new branches. Un necessary formalities to be completed at a time.

Hostile work life balance .. we are regularly asked to stay back at work even after 6:30. Regularly asked to work on sat and Sundays. Regularly people breaking covid 19 rules. No social distancing followed. 85% people don't wear mask all time. Every day people gather for huddles.

Dislikes

I hate the work culture. Like schools your manager keep asking you to change your sitting desk with no help in movement. They shout like fish markets on the floor at the top of their voices if sales are not met.

Work Details

Pathetic so far. You are supposed to move your systems if your work station is changed. After lockdown when we resumed work we were asked to move assets on our own also many CPU were interchanged because of mismanagement that we had to get mapped again.
