Bank is Very Good but only one think is terrible in bank .For Growth bank never give the Growth to old and loyal employees of bank for example for same position Like Manager Level old employee get salary 38k pm but bank hire new employees on same position on salary of 60 to 70 k pm and for eg TWO employee work on same Rank same responsibilities same target but one get salary 27000 Pm and otherone get 45000 PM. That's way every year Good and loyal employees with vintage of 4 years 5 years or more resigned and shifted to other bank with 30 to 40% Growth ....Read More
