i am sreenivas have taken a flat in godrej woodscape and i got excellent support from Mark Anthony ventures.their team gives better support in terms of booking to agreement and loan proces.one of my friend has taken the flat in prestige finsbury,now he got the possesion and he was very much satisfied and refferd to Mark anthony so i am happy with their commit ment and support.

Occasionally, there are timing issues. Sometimes, employees are required to come to the branch at 8:30 AM and leave at 7:00 PM or 8:00 PM, even if we meet our sales targets. They constantly threaten to resign, take unpaid leave, or even request medical leave, which is the worst place to work. Additionally, the incentive cycle is problematic. If you achieve your target in September (1-30), you will receive that month’s incentive on December 25th. This means that the incentive is not paid for the entire month, and if you resign, you will not receive any incentive for the previous three months.and they force you to come on 2nd and 4th Saturday 10am to 3pm....Read More

Politics faces always a front ground staff always threatening to staff for transfer, rating and many more. If we say any suggestions or openion to seniors then they always write a mail that you have descipline issue you have attitude at work place and many more. If I say there are lots of problem and politics which junior and front staff face in all the branches by branch manager and cluster head. I get terminated on dec 4 2023 just because of politics by branch manager and cluster head. No complaint by customer no forgery done by me just branch manager complaint for me that I have signed a FD request form on behalf of customer. But there is no complaint by customer or any other person then also I get terminated and 2 month passed away I didn't get my relieving letter. Just tell me how I do work and how I survive my family . I have only on option and the option is suicide because If I didn't get reliving letter then I didn't get a job in any bank. Everything is dislike first of all please teach all the employees specially for senior manager management how to talk with employees loudly speaking and unwanted target is not the job of Branch manager, cluster head or Zonal Head. Male dominated culture. Too much bias , aggression and favouritism. Rules are bent to promote favorite people while deserving ones are sidelined. Toxic culture where bosses scolding subordinates only to prove authority is considered normal. Increments are extremely poor.
