I have 1 month experience with this bank and from what I've seen, as far as banks in India go, this is the best of the lot. Friendly branch manager and colleagues who are willing to help throughout the way (depends on the type of people in the branch). Targets are there for sales and even non-sales staff but incentives are offered only for the sales staff (from what I know). Job security is high compared to other private banks since it has a much higher market share and growth which is never going to dip so easily anytime in the near future....Read More

Work life balance is a bit low since working hours can extend as long as till 9pm or even 10pm.

Work Details

Work as a teller in HDFC is a bit hectic since customers walk into the counter all the time. But it's a good place to learn both the financial and non-financial aspects of a bank.

Very worst experience.. Never had such experience in my entire career. People are sick they will make us to work like donkey. No gud people management. Not at all gud environment to work in HDFC especially women's.

Dislikes

Worst bosses they don't fit for Bose especially in vijayanagar and Shivnagar.
